Portfolio Expansion:
Model Call-Important Info
Model Calls are for portfolio expansion and will
be subject to public marketing. Model calls are $80 with a $25 non-refundable deposit at booking. Please note that all sessions for this discounted price must remain in Wichita Falls. Price is subject to change depending on travel destination. If you want pictures taken but not posted publicly I charge $125 for the session instead of $80, deposit remains the same. You must fill out an opt-out media form if you plan to pay the $125, session fee. I must be made aware of this change prior to your session day.
Session will be 30-60minutes
you will receive the best edited images from the finalized gallery. Final number of images is undetermined for model calls. Average number to receive is 25 images.
Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule. Any additional reschedules or failure to provide at least 24 hours notice will result in cancellation and forfeiting your deposit.
Available session types include but not limited to:
• Engagements
• Gender & pregnancy announcements
• Maternity
• Back-to-school Pictures (a more personal alternative to traditional yearbook photos)

Return and Refund Policy
Pre-Approval Requirement
All commissioned work, including digital art, and custom crafts are completed only after customer pre-approval. Pre-approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted contract and/or the work as presented. Once pre-approval is given, all work is considered final.
Non-Refundable Policy
- All sales are final.
- No refunds or exchanges will be issued for work that has been pre-approved.
- Customers are not permitted to request edits, modifications, or preference accommodations after pre-approval.
Photography Deposits
- Deposits for photography sessions and weddings are non-refundable.
- Each customer is allowed one reschedule request without forfeiting the deposit. Any additional reschedule requests will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Deposit must be paid within the hour of booking, or appointment will not be scheduled on my calendar.
- If photographer has to cancel due to uncontrollable, or unforeseen circumstances ONLY in this case will a refund on a deposit paid be refunded if rescheduling is unavailable to client.
- All sessions are final.
- I am NOT a wedding videographer!
Travel Fee Policy:
- Sessions within Wichita County are included at standard pricing. For locations outside of Wichita County, a travel fee will apply and charges on total miles to and from Wichita Falls, TX. Travel is calculated at $0.70 per mile to cover mileage and drive time, and will be added to the final invoice prior to contract signing. All travel fees must be agreed upon in writing before the session date and will be reflected in the signed contract.
Final Sale Statement
By submitting payment or deposit, and signing a contact; customers acknowledge and agree to this policy. All transactions are final upon pre-approval or deposit submission.
