Each artwork is custom-priced according to canvas size, digital print or digital copy options, quantity, and optional framing. Turnaround times may vary by order specifications.

Pre-Approval Requirement
All commissioned work, including digital art and custom crafts, is completed only after customer pre-approval. Pre-approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the work as presented. Once pre-approval is given, all work is considered final.

Non-Refundable Policy

• All sales are final.
   
• No refunds or exchanges will be issued for work that has been pre-approved.
   
• Customers are not permitted to request edits, modifications, or preference accommodations after pre-approval.
   

Photography Deposits

• Deposits for photography sessions are non-refundable.
• Deposit is $10.00 for sessions
   
• Each customer is allowed one reschedule request without forfeiting the deposit. Any additional reschedule requests will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• If you do not notify, and send a reschedule request within 12 hours of booking time/day arranged you will also forfeit the deposit.
   

Final Sale Statement
By submitting payment or deposit, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy. All transactions are final upon pre-approval or deposit submission.
